Developed by Cronimo 50 years ago, this equipment has been continuously updated and optimized to meet the requirements of an ever-evolving industry. It offers an operating volume ranging from 2 to 1,000 liters, depending on the model.

The coating system consists of:

• Continuous-perforated coating pan made of AISI 316L stainless steel.
• Supply and exhaust air treatment units.
• Coating kit, including a variable-speed peristaltic pump and coating spray guns, entirely manufactured from stainless steel.

Main features:
-Designed and manufactured according to GMP principles, meeting the FPD (Free of Paint Design) requirement.
-AISI 304 stainless steel structure and base.
-Fully welded interior of the machine body, facilitating cleaning operations.
-Different baffle designs are available, manufactured from mirror-polished AISI 316L stainless steel to ensure smoother and more uniform rotation of the cores. They are easy to clean and free of inaccessible areas.
-Self-contained models or models with remote air treatment units.
-Exhaust system equipped with self-cleaning cartridges and a final HEPA filter.
-The spray flow rate and spray angle of each gun can be adjusted externally through an external control panel with individual flowmeters.
-Supports solutions ranging from a simple PLC-based control system to a sophisticated system with enhanced features, compliant with 21 CFR Part 11 requirements.
