Suitable for drying wet granules as well as for powder granulation by “top spray” system.
Our Fluid Bed Dryer ensures a fast, uniform and highly efficient process from 1,5 to 1250 L, covering R&D, Pilot Plant and Production scales requirements.
It is suitable for drying wet granules as well as for powder granulation by “top spray” system.
It is built according to GMP guidelines, in compliance with the FPD (Free of Paint Design) concept.
The container and the expansion chamber are fully manufactured in AISI 316L stainless steel and its structure is made in AISI 304 stainless steel.
Main Features:
✅ Different filtering systems can be provided.
✅ supports from entry-level PLC basic control to a 21 CFR Part. 11 compliant, state-of-the-art control system.
Optional Extras:
☑️ WIP – “Wash in Place” system.
☑️ Cooling system in the injection unit.
☑️ Humidity measurement and record system.
☑️ HEPA filter in the injection and/or extraction unit
☑️ Automatic air flow control
☑️ Increased safety.
☑️ Direct loading
