The Cro-Mixer is the ideal equipment to explore process parameters.

It can be used with wet and dry products, powders, and granules in small quantities.
There are no hard-to-reach points, facilitating cleaning and maintaining maximum hygiene in accordance with cGMP recommendations.
The containers are easy to assemble and disassemble for mixer type changes.
Maximum operable container volume: 10 liters.

Features

The ability to interchange containers allows different mixers to be available in a single unit, depending on the product or the validated procedure for each specific laboratory.

Its structure is made of AISI 304 stainless steel, with product-contact parts in AISI 316 stainless steel. The interior of the mixers is mirror-polished (surface roughness Ra ≤0.4μ), and the exterior has a sanitary matte finish (surface roughness Ra ≤0.8μ).

Both interior and exterior feature TIG welds under an argon gas atmosphere.

The containers are installed on a movable base that houses the control system and rotation system (Manual Control Panel / 7’’ Touch Panel with PLC).
